This privacy policy pertains to the use of the PictoBaby.com web site at PictoBaby.com. It covers how PictoBaby.com treats personal information that it collects. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name or email address.

IP Addresses

- When you post a photo, your PictoBaby.com ID or screen name that you are posting under is visible to other users.
- If you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. PictoBaby.com does not rent or sell your personal information.
- Generally, PictoBaby.com does not share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies without your consent, except when compelled by subpoenas, warrants, court orders or legal process.
- It may be necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities, including without limitation, fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of PictoBaby.com's terms of use, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. We will transfer information about you if PictoBaby.com is acquired by or merged with another company. PictoBaby.com may share demographic information with business partners, such as "53% of users who regularly use PictoBaby.com are between 18 and 34" or the like. No personally identifiable information will ever be used without your permission (i.e. we will ask you for a quote or testimonial)
Editing and Deleting Account Information. Security
- You can change your PictoBaby.com profile information at any time.
- We may send you certain communications relating to the PictoBaby.com service, such as service announcements and administrative messages, that are considered part of your PictoBaby.com account.
- You can delete your PictoBaby.com account at any time. However, please note that your identification and contact information may remain in PictoBaby.com's records for some period.
- We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
- Your PictoBaby.com profile information is password-protected.
- In certain areas, PictoBaby.com uses SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
PictoBaby.com may update this policy at any time for any reason. If there are any significant changes to how we handle personal information we will send a notice to the primary email address specified in your PictoBaby.com account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
